Here’s the break down for my passive income for March.
- Interest: $84.54
- Dividends: $22.56
- Credit Card Rewards: $32.72
- AdSense: $7.64
- Text Ads: $25.00
- Misc website income: $15
- Surveys: $6.00
That’s a total of $185.82, meaning that March was my highest grossing month since the start of this project.
Here are my totals for each month since I started this project:
February 2008 – $122.74
January 2008 – $96.06
December 2007 – $128.09
November 2007 – $88.56
October 2007 – $63.19

I don’t know if you should include your credit card rewards. I mean, it’s called passive ‘income’, not passive ‘spending money to get 1% cash back’. 😉
Your point would almost be valid, except those rewards are from my business credit card… Meaning I didn’t spend any of my own money to get the kick back *grin* Either way though it would still technically be passive income, since the money would’ve been spent any way, using a card with cash back is just taking advantage of it. Now if I was going out of my way to spend more money on the card just for the 1% cash back, that would be stupid and shouldn’t be included in my totals.
