I’ve had a number of people hitting me up on twitter asking how to download the updated rosters without Xbox Live or the PSN. After searching high and low for the information, I figured it would be easier to just centralize it here. PS3 and Xbox walkthroughs after the jump.
PS3: Click for the original source here.
If you don’t have access to the PlayStation Network don’t fret here’s how you can download the NCAA rosters for your PS3.
a. On your flash drive, create a folder for your PS3 to facilitate the transfer from your computer to the flash drive.
b. Download the SAVEDATA.zip file to your computer, found here. After downloading it, extract the file to your desktop using WINRAR.
c. Now insert your USB storage device into your computer’s slot.
d. Open the USB storage device. It should display a window on your computer.
e. You create a new folder on your USB storage device and name the folder PS3. It’s important to name it PS3 so that your PS3 system will recognize the roster folder
f. Find the SAVEDATA file extracted from SAVEDATA.zip.
g. To save the file on the USB storage device, you can drag the SAVEDATA folder or copy and paste SAVEDATA folder into the PS3 folder located in the USB storage device.
h. To load it to your PS3 system, without putting the game in the system, start PS3. Sign in only with the username you dedicated to the roster file.
i. Plug in the USB device into the USB slot of the PS3.
j. Go to PS3 menu to get to the “Game” section.
k. Scroll down to “Saved Data Utility, then click “x”.
l. Pick “USB Device”, then press “x”.
m. Pick “NCAA Football 11” or any NCAA Football game version. Click “triangle” then “copy”.
n. The file will be copied to the hard drive of the PS3 system.
Just insert NCAA and you’re ready to play with your newly-acquired rosters!
Xbox 360: Click for the original source here.
This is to be used with a flash drive. Instructions on how to do it can be found below in this post that I’m quoting.
1. Plug the USB drive into your Xbox 360
2. Go to Console Settings and select memory.
3. Select your memory stick.
4. Format your memory stick for your Xbox 360 console.
5. Plus USB stick into your computer.
6. Move roster file from your computer’s hard drive to your USB drive.
7. Repeat steps 1, 2, and 3.
8. Move your save file from the USB to your Xbox 360 hard drive.
The program you need is here. FYI, when you 1st use it, it will ask you to update the program, do so.

Last but not least, here is the link for the file:

You need winrar to open. once you copy the files over, you’ll notice that one of the files is a profile. Log into that profile first, load the roster, log out. Log into your main profile, save the rosters. Viola!
Edit: When you open the program(USB Xtaf Gui Vers) after it has been updated, and after you “Open Drive” under the file system(FYI, copy something from NCAA over first, its easier that way), the left side will say Cache Partition & Data Partition. Click “Data”, “Content”, “E000….”, then “45410900” and “00000001”. On the right side it will show the whatever NCAA files you have already put on there. Drag and drop my friends.
Edit#2: For those w/o access to the live update that allows usb drives, here is the xport version of the files.

Remember, sign into the dummy “player1” profile first.
Hope that helps! As always, leave a comment or hit me up on twitter if you have any questions.
